More than 100 people attended the first Eggs & Issues program of 2020, which showcased the top legislative priorities for the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce, and more importantly, their impact on the business community.

Above left, Volusia County School Board Member Carl Persis discusses the funding local schools have missed out on as a result of the District Cost Differential, totaling $160 million dollars over the last 10 years.

The premier business event of the year is right around the corner. The 100th Annual Dinner Meeting of the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce presented by Halifax Health will be a night of celebration, entertainment, and fun!
 
2019 Board Chair Randy Dye, Daytona Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM Fiat , will put a cap on the Centennial Celebration, and his year at the helm, by passing the gavel to 2020 Chair Bob Lloyd, Brown & Brown, Inc. , who will kick off the Daytona Regional Chamber's second century of serving business in the region.

The 100th Annual Dinner Meeting is the place to see and be seen...and this year it will make you wonder what you've just seen!
Advocacy in Action at Volusia Days
This week the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce will be advocating for your business at Volusia Days at the Capitol.

Business and community leaders from across the region will be meeting with members of the state legislature as well as key state agency leaders to share the needs of Volusia County businesses. Over the last several months, the Daytona Regional Chamber has developed the key priorities that will focus on making the business and economic environment strong.

This year, the key topics to be discussed include economic development , tourism funding , employer issues , environment , and education , as well as projects of interest to Volusia County .

Reach Bike Week Visitors by Advertising in Pocket Guide
Local businesses are encouraged to advertise in the Official Bike Week Pocket Guide to help improve interest and sales for your business among our visiting guests. 

Visitors in town can use all kinds of services from sunglasses to supper, medical services and vehicle needs. Many also love to shop for unique novelty items for their homes, direct from Daytona Beach.

AMSOIL® Treasure Hunt Brings Bike Week Riders to Your Business
Daytona Regional Chamber members have an opportunity to be a big part of 79th Annual Bike Week by participating as a stop on the AMSOIL® Treasure Hunt.

A Bike Week tradition, riders travel throughout the region, visit various locales, and have their AMSOIL® Treasure Hunt passport stamped in the Official Bike Week Pocket Guide. Once riders have visited every stop on the AMSOIL® Treasure Hunt, they return their completed Pocket Guide to the Official Welcome Center tent to receive a limited-edition Bike Week coin.

This promotion is open only to Daytona Regional Chamber members in good standing and there are a limited number of spots available.
