CSA Board Committees Seek New Members
Committee Applications Due by Jan. 15 th
Each CSA Board Committee is seeking one or more new members for participation in the 2020 calendar year.

How do I return my application?
Please submit your committee volunteer application via email to  sandra@csaseapines.com  or deliver/mail it to Community Services Associates, Inc. 175 Greenwood Dr. Hilton Head Island, SC 29928 by Wednesday, January 15, 2020 .

Who makes the selections for committee members?
CSA Committee chairs, selected by the CSA Board Chair and approved by the Board members, will review the applications specific to his/her committee. The committee chair will consider skills and experience that apply to the purpose and responsibilities of the committee as outlined in the committee charter. To review 2019 committee charters click here .
 
What is expected of a committee member?
Committee members serve a one-year appointment. Each committee has its own unique range of commitments; most meet 5-7 times a year. A meeting schedule is determined annually, so committee members can plan ahead to be available for the meeting dates.

How will applicants be notified if they have been selected?
Committee members will be approved by the CSA Board at the 2/4/20 CSA Board Meeting and s uccessful applicants will be notified of their committee assignments following that meeting.
CSA Annual Assessment Information
Deadline to establish payment plan is Jan. 10 th
The 2020 assessment bills were mailed out on December 20th, 2019 and were mailed to owners notice of mailing address.

While the assessment due date is January 10, 2020, due to the delay in the mailing we will not be assessing late fees until February 1, 2020.

Payment plans are available and the deadline to set up a payment plan is January 10, 2020. After January 10, 2020 payment plans will no longer be available.

Maintenance Updates
Tree Trimming Along Select Beach Walks
  • Beach Walks #11, #12, #15, #16, #17, #18, #19, #20, #21, #22, #23, #24, #25, #26, #29, #31, #32, #33A, #38, #40 and #41 will undergo tree trimming work from January 13th to January 17th. 
  • Intermittent closures of the beach walks will be necessary during this work.  
Road Reconstruction Project: Phase 2 of Greenwood Drive from Governors Road to Plantation Drive

  • Storm water work and road widening work will continue next week on Greenwood Drive, weather permitting. Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic with alternating single lane closures in the designated work zone.
  • Motorists should expect traffic delays in the project area, to avoid the project area, please use the Ocean Gate. Please observe and obey all traffic management personnel, signage and devices.
Lighthouse Road Project

  • Drainage, road work and curb repairs continue next week, weather permitting..
  • Motorists should expect traffic delays in the area closest to Harbour Town.
  • Flag persons will be present as needed to control traffic.
Sandhill Crane Road Drainage Repair Project
 
Drainage maintenance and repairs are ongoing on Sandhill Crane Road during the next few weeks, weather permitting. No lane closures will occur during this work.
