Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel,
praising God and saying, “Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”

From the Head of School
Dear Prince Families:

Thank you for a strong finish to the first half of the school year! The cooperation and flexibility demonstrated by our school community in following increased hygiene standards, avoiding large indoor group gatherings, using masks, keeping sick children at home, etcetera, spared us the fate suffered by many other schools that required two-week closures to deescalate rising infections, sending whole grades home due to contact tracing, and permanently reverting to distance learning. We finished the first half of the school year with a total of seven students testing positive for COVID-19 (six of those were in high school), and to my knowledge, we had the fewest number of cases of any school our size in Northeast Georgia. I attribute our success thus far to God’s protective hand over our school and the collective team effort displayed by your family and our faculty and staff; we have much to be thankful for in this regard.

On behalf of the faculty and staff, I wish you a very Merry Christmas as we pause to celebrate the birth of the Christ child born two millennia ago in a small Judean village, a baby sent by God for one purpose - to save us!

Chaplain's Corner
Dear Parents,

This past week our lower school had Christmas chapel, and it was incredible! One of the highlights every year for me is the 2nd-grade students reciting the Christmas story from Luke 2 from memory! It was truly encouraging to see our young students memorizing and taking to heart God's Word.

I hope you all have a Merry Christmas, and I look forward to the new year together as well! I am excited about everything the Lord will do in our school in 2021!
