The 15th annual Central Florida Veg Fest (mini fests) will happen on Saturday, October 24 and Sunday, 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at DaJen Eats, Infusion Tea, and Market on South! It is now 3 days away!

If you haven't already done so, please also promote Veg Fest on your website, to your email lists, and any other way you can think of. You can use the ad on the Home page. Please RSVP on the Veg Fest Facebook event page. Participants in the event are welcome to promote your participation there. Please also join the Veg Fest Facebook community page. Veg Fest will feature a raffle with many great prizes! Orlando Vegans is organizing a food crawl and raffle throughout the event. For every purchase an attendee makes from any food vendor, they will receive a raffle ticket. Donors will be acknowledged on the Veg Fest website and announced at the event. If you are interested in contributing a prize to the raffle (such as a gift certificate, gift basket, or other prize), please go the Raffle page to complete the Raffle Form. All donations are 100% tax deductible! Thank you for supporting the Veg Fest raffle!
Set up on Saturday and Sunday starts at 9:00 a.m., and you should be at your location by 10:30 a.m. We will have volunteers floating to watch your stuff and help you move it if necessary, but there may not be enough to assist everyone who needs it. Please help each other out if you can!
Vendor locations will be marked by tape or a flag. Please unload adjacent to your spot then park. We are asking vendors to park a very short distance away (30-60 second walk) to leave open as many nearby parking spots for attendees as possible.
*DaJen Eats: Drive into the main entrance next to the grassy area in the middle of the parking lot. Park on the street on E. Kennedy Boulevard.
*Infusion Tea: Drive into the main entrance of Infusion Tea next to Dollar Tree. Park at the Losey law office building parking lot at 1420 Edgewater Drive (two blocks south of Infusion Tea on the same side of Edgewater Drive across from the 7-11).
*Market on South: Drive to the back of the parking lot. Park on the street on E. Jackson Street directly behind Market on South near the Merriday school.

Vendors who requested it will have access to electricity at Infusion Tea. However, there are a limited number of electrical outlets. Please bring long extension cords and power strips. Share and cooperate with your neighbors! And limit your use of electricity as much as possible. Otherwise the system may become overwhelmed. You may also use a generator if you have one.
Please respect the rule that all attendees and participants must wear masks at all times (unless actively eating or drinking while stationary) and maintain social distancing.
