Join us in Palm Springs, California

 November 4th-6th 2020

at the fabulous

 Parker Palm Springs Hotel!

As noted in National Geographic Magazine 2017:Round out your global journey by heading for some R&R in Southern California’s exuberant Palm Springs. The Coachella Valley’s collection of mid-century modern architecture is a throwback to an era of toreador pants and Strontium-90, but it’s also an expression of an unbounded, optimistic time when jets would zip us everywhere and travel knew no limits. Park at the Parker, a glamorous 1950s-era hotel that just underwent a brilliant facelift by interior designer Jonathan Adler, who injected luxe materials and eccentric design elements (spot the seven-foot-tall bronze banana sculpture on the main lawn). Embark on a tour of ritzy homes, including Frank Sinatra’s dazzling digs. On this new grand tour, you did it your way. Head home happy.

Ondine is keeping her theme in 2019 of using The Leading Hotels of The World brand to celebrate 17 years in business. Luxury boutique hotel accommodations at a fraction of the regular rates!

About The School:

The School of Credit Card Program Management (SCCPM), founded by Ondine Irving of GoCUCards.org is the original source of credit card education for credit unions to learn how to effectively manage and operate the "perceived" complexities of credit card program management.

Attendees will return from the 2.5 day sessions feeling motivated and empowered to increase credit card program performance and profitability, while ensuring the program offered to members remains fair and ethical. We use YOUR individual credit union data!

Each attendee will also receive Ondine's newest 2020 training manual, Raiders of The Lost Cards, a 300  page training guide used for the class and as a future reference tool. In addition, each attendee will receive Ondine's patented excel tracking tool.

Each session is limited to just 30 attendees due to the volume of work involved during class.

Value of Ondine's Service:

In order to become profitable, credit unions must have a well-managed program. Since 2008, The School of Credit Card Program Management (SCCPM), has taught all levels of employees; from Board Members to CEOs to Card Program Managers and employees of all levels from lending, operations and finance.

You will bring your own credit union data and we will analyze and review all aspects of your card program offering and key metrics.

Ondine teaches how to manage and run a truly profitable and successful program:

  • Increase income and reduce expenses
  • Improve operational efficiencies
  • Implementing marketing tactics based on analytics
  • Understanding and measuring the true meaningful card metrics

SCCPM shows credits unions how a credit card program can be successful without gouging members with unneccesary fees and high interest rates.

Our schools will show a credit union how to identify cost savings to pass along to the members while actually reducing many cardholder fees.
