Deadline to Register for 226th Annual Convention is October 30
The 226th Annual Convention of the Diocese will be held online via Zoom on Saturday, November 14. All delegates must register by October 30. The fee is $75. Please note that, due to the online voting process, only voting members of Convention may register and attend Convention. Unfortunately, this means that lay alternates, clergy under license and visitors will not be able to attend. We will re-broadcast the Pastoral Address and the Worship Service on social media (in English, Spanish and Korean), so that all may view those portions of Convention. If you have questions regarding Convention registration, contact Bill Martin
Annual Giving and Stewardship Resources Available
Don’t forget that the Stewardship and Development webpage has an abundance of resources for all congregations. This year’s One Together program is based on the opening words to Holy Baptism and continues the use of the icons from last year providing visual cues to prompt stories of impact within your context. If you’re looking for specific stewardship information don’t forget our webinar videos where you can watch the full-length webinar or get straight to the part you need most with a Stewardship Start mini-webinar. If you have any questions, contact Stephanie Gurnsey Higgins.
UTO Annual Grants for COVID Relief
Application deadline: February 26, 2021

The focus for this annual grant cycle is Recovering with Love and Gratitude: An Episcopal Response to the COVID-19 Pandemic in Local Contexts. This year there will be two application categories, Sustaining Ministries, available to previous UTO grant sites, and Innovative Ministries, available for start-up or new projects/ministries, at two different funding levels. Applicants for both grants need to demonstrate how the funds will be used to address needs caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and the economic downturn.

Visit the UTO website for more information about each type of grant, the particular funding levels, informational webinars, and to start your application. If you have questions, contact Stephanie Gurnsey Higgins.
