November is Long-Term Care Awareness Month

Congress created Long-Term Care Awareness Month in 2001. It recognized the need to promote it as a month-long campaign aimed at educating Americans on the importance of long-term care planning.

November also ushers in the holiday season, when families get together. This can be the perfect time to have a conversation about long-term care planning with loved ones. Such conversations can be incredibly difficult, but they’re extremely important. Here’s a link with resources to help make this task easier.
