Trauma: A Case of Mistaken Identity
When we identify with our wounds and past traumas, we perpetuate pain and dysfunction in our lives. Through spiritual practice and learning to access “The Power of Now”, as master teacher Eckhart Tolle says, we can begin to heal and release our past, opening ourselves to greater possibilities and a whole new understanding of who we are.

Susan Shann, a native of NJ, is an award-winning songwriter and performer with four acclaimed CD’s to her name, and more to come. A member of Center for Spiritual Living Nashville and a student of Science of Mind for 15 years, she is also a long-time activist for environmental and social justice causes within the vibrant Nashville community. Susan is honored to use her voice and songs to lift up and support ALL people who seek to create a better, more peaceful, sustainable and just world, for those here and those yet to come.

Susan is beyond excited to have the opportunity to share her own understanding and experience through talks and songs that serve to affirm and heal our connection to ourselves, each other and our beautiful Mother Earth. Find out more at susanshann.com.

SPIRITUAL MIND TREATMENT
MARIETTA CARTER, RScP
As I breathe in this moment, I am overwhelmed with the knowingness that Infinite Intelligence surrounds me and expresses as me. I am one with the Mind of God and what is known in one mind is available to all, and I know and accept this as truth!

Today, I set my intention to stay in the flow of the perfect, peaceful Spirit as I claim my good. I know Spirit is my source of all good things, and I claim that my day unfolds with great clarity and conscious awareness. I am God in expression, and I am good. I know there is an infinite supply of love, joy, harmony & balance.

All of these things and so much more are available to me right now, just waiting for my acceptance. I say, “Yes!” to living a life full of meaning and purpose! My words are powerful, and I am moved by the strength that swells up within me and pushes me forward to greater possibilities than I ever imagined. I am full of Life & Love! I actively cooperate with the one from which I am made. I understand my true nature, and I rejoice and love myself! I am so thankful for this realization of truth. I am so very thankful for the beauty of this experience and this day! And I am so thankful that I can love myself freely without any condemnation.
I release & let go of my word to Law, knowing I am moving forward in a Spirit-directed day. And so It is!
