Bringing People Into A Growing Relationship With Jesus Christ
|
|
We begin our Lenten Message Series this weekend.
What do we really need? Lent reminds us that we have needs that go beyond our ability to satisfy them. When we accept that reality, we grow in relationship with God and others. Join us this Lent as we discover what will meet our greatest need.

Panera Bread Pick-up
Currently Panera Bread donates their unused bread, but it does not have a team picking up the leftovers on Saturday or Sundays.
We have the great opportunity to make sure the leftovers get delivered to organizations in need! If you're available to pick up on Sunday mornings before 9 AM or Sunday evening about 8 PM please email Kelli DeVries at kdevries@seasp.org to sign up. Thank You For Supporting the Blood Drive!
We had an amazing turnout at the St. E's blood drive last week! This drive had the highest turnout on record! Thanks to you, 45 donations were made, including whole blood, double reds and even a plasma donation! Thanks to this drive, 180 local patients will be helped with lifesaving blood!
Winter is always a tough time for the blood supply, and with the pandemic, it's even harder, but having such a generous parish really helps to keep the blood supply afloat. Thank you!
Mark your calendars for the next blood drive at St. Pius X School, Saturday April 17th.

CRS Rice Bowls
We are once again joining more than 12,000 Catholic communities across the US in the Lenten journey with CRS Rice Bowl. You can pick up your CRS Rice Bowl from the Lenten Resource Table outside of the sanctuary. During the 40 days of Lent, we will reflect on how hunger and malnutrition affect our human family, and on the need to take action to end this global injustice.
Jesus told us that whatever we did for one of these least brothers of his we did for him. This week, reflect on the challenge of global hunger— it is a reality for millions of our sisters and brothers. What will you do to support the hungry in our community and around the world? Visit crsricebowl.org to learn more.
