Appointments to RCMP Contract Management Committee

UBCM is currently looking to appoint local government representatives from RCMP policed jurisdictions to the British Columbia Local Government Contract Management Committee (LGCMC). Interested local government elected officials and senior staff members have until March 12, 2021 to apply for any of the nine LGCMC vacancies. Read more

Building Official Fees

The Building Officials' Association of British Columbia is asking local governments for input on fee changes needed to implement the mandatory qualifications under the Building Act. Further information, including a description of these changes, can be found on the Association website. Interested local governments can contact the Association for more information.
