A: The Diocesan planning sub-committee has reviewed all of the submitted plans. We will be reviewing all plans at the Diocesan Planning Council meeting on February 19. We hope to have affirmations, recommendations, and concerns to you by the end of the month. We are also going to be talking about next steps at that meeting.

Blame

On October 24, Doug Tooke talked to about 100 people on collaboration, delegation, and conflict management in parish life. Here is one of the videos that he used that day on blame. Share your insights at your next ACC planning council meeting:
1) What ways can we work harder to understand others versus blaming them? 
2) When you work as a team is there a sense of accountability to the larger group? How does accountability make collaboration successful?
3) Have you ever been blamed for something? How did it make you feel? did you want to continue taking part in the collaboration?
4) How can we "move beyond the toxic behavior" of blame?
