We’re looking for community-based, faith-based and non-profit organizations to support our region’s efforts for a complete and accurate census count. If your organization would like to help with census outreach, please complete this brief
survey
outlining steps you might be willing to take between now and May 31.
Census Day is officially April 1, 2020
. However, outreach is already underway to promote the decennial count to our residents, particularly those considered part of hard-to-count populations. Our goal is raise public awareness about the census, help residents understand the importance of the census to our community, educate the public on ways to respond and offer assistance to individuals with questions about the census and those who need help completing the survey.
