This week kicks off our first official virtual event "Apply!" We will be posting resources in Google Classroom all designed to help you through the post-secondary application process!

As a quick reference, here are the requirements for Apply (more details and links are also included below!):

  1. Complete the Next Level Scholars Fall Survey by 10/27
  2. Apply to at least 1 post-secondary institution by 10/31 and submit to us here.
  3. Complete the FAFSA and submit your FAFSA SAR, recommended by November 1!
  4. Explore the additional resources at your own pace and reach out to us with questions. (Please note - you do not have to "turn in" assignments on Google Classroom, these are posted for your review and reference only at this time!)

Next week we will be hosting some optional zoom sessions to fill out applications together and answer your questions. We hope you'll be able to join us - stay tuned for a special announcement with the times and sign up instructions!

APPLY KICK OFF: POST-SECONDARY APPLICATION WEEK 1!
There are 2 weeks left of College Application Month! Now is the time to apply to post-secondary institutions!

All students are required to submit at least one post-secondary application by October 31, 2020.

We'll be sending you a list of recommended schools we think you should consider to help make sure you have a balanced list. Build your list through the College Board Opportunity Scholarship for a chance to win $1000s in scholarships!

Next week, we'll be hosting some application power hours - we hope you'll be able to join us!
NEXT LEVEL SCHOLARS FALL SURVEY
We know that there is a lot on your plate and that each senior is at a different place in their post-secondary planning.

That's why we are asking you to complete this survey; so we can better support you based on your individual needs and goals!

2021-2022 FAFSA SAR SUBMISSION - DFS SCHOLARSHIP REQUIREMENT
Did you know that you can qualify for more institutional aid by completing the FAFSA early? We recommend completing by November 1 if possible!
