An update on the new family room at Fundanier Pediatric Dialysis Center in Guatemala...
Dear Friends,

We wanted to share some of the joy-filled photos of children reading through your book donations made this past summer in support of the children's library in the new family room at Fundanier Pediatric Dialysis Center, our partner in Guatemala. The library is now full with all the amazing Spanish and English books for patient siblings and other family members to read. We hope you enjoy seeing the big smiles on these little faces as much we did!

We'd also like to highlight DaVita Inc. furniture donations coordinated by Stephanie Ornelas, Facilities Manager, and Eliza Lucero, Facilities Services Supervisor, at DaVita's world headquarters campus in Denver, Colorado. Stephanie and Eliza worked with our Sr. Program Director, Sara Hendren, to donate chairs, medical beds, desks, and other furniture from DaVita corporate buildings and a storage warehouse to Fundanier, which were recently delivered along with the books.

Most dialysis patients need to receive treatment three to four times per week, and each treatment lasts several hours. Because of YOU, Fundanier's pediatric patients and their visiting siblings now have an entire library full of reading material and coloring books to enjoy in their new family room. Thank you for your generosity!

Sincerely,
