A Year of Promises!
The Pro-Life community began 2019 very excited and hopeful for the future of the Unborn in Ohio. We helped elect Republican Mike DeWine Governor. The hard-fought battle over the Heartbeat Bill was finally won as Governor DeWine signed the legislation into law in April (the law is currently tied up in the courts). Again, our Pro-Life Warriors battled and prayed and victories were won in Toledo and Cincinnati. Unfortunately, we still have work to do in Dayton and with the Ohio Department of Health.
We remain hopeful for 2020!
We are highly optimistic for Pro-Life Victories in 2020. The approaching year is an opportunity for electing new Pro-Life officials across Ohio; individuals who don't just say they are Pro-Life, but actually work toward ending abortion and protecting the most vulnerable human beings in our beloved Ohio. We will continue to battle and defeat our anti-life foes and those who are "luke-warm" not wanting to rattle the status quo.

Pro-Life Works of 2019!
RTLACO provided Testimony on over 10 pieces of Pro-Life and Pro-Family legislation including the Heartbeat Bill, the Born Alive Protection Act, Fetal Remains, and Elimination of the Diaper Tax.
RTLACO sponsored a monthly Legislative Call-In for all members to participate in asking questions about ongoing Pro-Life legislation and learn of happenings across Ohio and in Washington, D.C. Some of our Call-In Guests were: Congressman Bob Latta, Ohio Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy and State Representatives Antani, Keller, Hood, and Powell.
RTLACO met with countless State and Federal officials regarding Abortion and End of Life Issues and Legislative Protections for our most vulnerable citizens. These officials were: Congressmen Jim Jordan, Warren Davidson and Bob Latta. State Senators Gavarone, McColley, Huffman, Uecker, Roegner, and State Representatives Antani, Powell, Merrin, Greenspan, Butler, and many others.
RTLACO participated in numerous local Right to Life Events within our five geographical Districts including Clark, Shelby, and Butler Counties; events in Tiffin, Port Clinton, Ashtabula, and Findlay to name a few.
RTLACO communicated with our members on average six times a month; providing legislative updates from across the nation and within Ohio. Coalition members made a difference for Life by actively participating in our "Calls to Action." RTLACO provides vital information on Life and Family topics from Abortion to Euthanasia and meets face-to-face with our members several times a year.
RTLACO is the fastest growing Pro-Life Organization in Ohio with some of the strongest grass-roots support in the nation. ON behalf of the Executive committee, we wish you and your family a very blessed and life-filled 2020!

The Right to Life Action Coalition of Ohio is an association of metropolitan, county and local pro-life organizations. RTLACO focuses on developing and strengthening local grass roots pro-life leadership, true representative governing for the statewide organization, a commitment to a consistent and holistic pro-life standard to evaluate both policies and elected officials/candidates, and collaborative engagement to develop priorities for action.
