Taxpayer Access Point now even easier to use
BOISE, IDAHO — Dec. 9, 2020 — Taxpayers who use the Idaho State Tax Commission’s online Taxpayer Access Point (TAP) will see a new look the next time they log in. The Tax Commission recently upgraded TAP with a streamlined look and improved navigation.
TAP is a convenient, secure way to file and pay many Idaho taxes. The new TAP layout is simpler and more intuitive to use. It makes finding functions even easier than before.
Users now have an Action Center tab that highlights items that need attention, such as tax returns that are due or messages from the Tax Commission.
Tax professionals have a new homepage that provides information about all their clients in a user-friendly format, showing all clients at once. They can see recent submissions; easily manage messages, letters, payments, and returns; or request access to a client. ISCPA Members assisted ISTC to review and the system.
