SUMMER PROGRESS REPORT |
On behalf of all the children around the world relying on your love and support for their future educational empowerment, THANK YOU for your continued sponsorship support! Here are just a few things that have been accomplished this summer because of you:
- Four children in Peru and two in Liberia have been rescued from child trafficking. Because of your sponsorship support, countless other children have been kept safe from trafficking, and now they have the chance to become doctors, lawyers, mechanics, engineers, teachers and many other wonderful professions.
- In order to be a positive force for children who have only experienced hardship, ICN is building Liberia's very first National Theater and will have its OPENING NIGHT PREMIERE on September 9, 2018!
- Five professionals from the theater in Broadway and Los Angeles have constructed a team to go with ICN and launch the first premiere musical in Liberia - THE WIZ!
- Please make a note to follow this on Facebook and watch it live on Sunday, September 9th!
- Any support or donations will make this production a great success. The very 1st Theater in Liberia will be named the "Matsiko National Theater of Liberia". Find out more and donate on our website or by sending a check to ICN with "Broadway to Africa" as the memo.
- All donors who give a minimum of $100.00 will have their name forever included on the golden "Hope for Humanity" banner that will permanently hang above the performance stage!
- The Matsiko World Orphan Choir is practicing hard all over the world to get ready for the coming USA Tour. This year we hope to include children from India, Liberia, Peru and Nepal. We are hoping to have the children on the ground in the US by the end of September, so get ready to give these bundles of energy and joy a big hug soon!
- Plans are being made for medical service trips to Nepal and Peru. Plans for schools or ICN centers in Peru, Nepal, Liberia and India are also being made.
- Soccer and kickball leagues are being set up so that many villages can come together to play in big tournaments this Christmas.
- After school programs continue to grow, allowing more children not able to go to school to have the opportunity to learn, so they will be prepared for school as soon as they are blessed with a loving sponsor!

Volunteer and tour the USA with Matsiko!
Be a source of inspiration for the coming Matsiko children by traveling around the country with them, tutoring them, and encouraging them for life.
- Your life will be changed forever...and so will theirs!
- Learn first-hand about many of the cultures in our world, as well as the challenges of orphaned and at-risk children.
- Build lasting friendships with people all over the US and the world!
- Visit exciting places across the US while building your university or career resume.

- Volunteer with ICN's sponsorship program. If you are interested in helping with this essential program, contact [email protected] today.
- Become an area director for ICN and its Matsiko World Orphan Choir.

- Help brainstorm and facilitate opportunities for your community to support ICN and Matsiko.
- Be a reliable connection between ICN/Matsiko and your community
- After a year of volunteering in this capacity, if you are able to help ICN/Matsiko accomplish its goals in your area, you will be invited to join ICN on a service trip, and ICN would pay half of your personal trip expenses, including flight, lodging and food.
