OHIO CHAMBER LENDS SUPPORT TO OHIO FAIRNESS ACT
On Tuesday, February 4, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce testified in support of the Ohio Fairness Act. The legislation, House Bill 369 (HB 369), would amend Ohio’s discrimination statutes to prohibit sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination in employment, housing, and public accommodation.

CHAMBER SUPPORTS PASS-THROUGH ENTITY (PTE) WITHHOLDING
On Tuesday, February 4, the Ohio Chamber of Commerce testified in support of House Bill 467 during a hearing in the House Ways and Means Committee. HB 467 is the latest attempt to address an Oho Chamber tax Public Policy Priority.

OHIO CHAMBER PRIORITY BILL TAKES AN IMPORTANT STEP
An Ohio Chamber of Commerce priority bill took another step closer to its passage this week. In the Ohio Senate Judiciary Committee, House Bill 251 (HB 251), received its second hearing in two weeks and proponents of the legislation were given the opportunity to testify.
