As we wind down 2019, here's a look at what is going on with Bloomington Community Education for the start of 2020!

Bloomington Bookfest!
There's only 9 more weeks until Bloomington Bookfest! Join us at Oak Grove Middle School on Saturday, February 29th from 9am - Noon as we Leap Into Books for the Second Annual Bloomington Bookfest! We are looking for volunteers to help with the event. Want to volunteer? Call Julie Kinsella at 952-681-6117 to sign up. We are looking for room volunteers, author assistants, book distributors, set up/clean up crew, greeters, and volunteers to wear or assist our costumed characters. Come and join the fun!

Biggest Loser Adult Enrichment Class
Here's a way to get healthy and try out an Activity Center Membership at the same time!
We have a new adult fitness class we are offering this January and April. Based on the TV show, the Biggest Loser, participants will receive a free Activity Center Membership while participating in the class over a period of 8 weeks. Led by a personal trainer, students will learn exercises, explore healthy eating, and even how digital devices can help you become stronger and healthier. Our Summer catalog will feature our SLAM Camps in addition to Early, Youth, and Adult Learners programs and classes. Watch for this catalog to arrive at the end of February.
