Talk to Your Team About the Importance of CollaboRATE
DPS' all-employee engagement survey, CollaboRATE, will be open Jan. 6-17 . This survey is an opportunity for team members to provide feedback on their leaders and DPS as a whole. 

As a reminder: School-support team members will be asked to answer a number of questions about "MY DEPARTMENT." Each leader should inform their teams before the survey goes out about how to interpret "MY DEPARTMENT" for this survey. Use this email template to clarify with your team.

We have worked with our LGBTQ+ Belong group and team members throughout the district to create a more inclusive and effective survey. This includes, for the second year, the addition of voluntary and confidential self-identification questions.

LIFT Leaders: Pick Up a Copy of 'For Your Improvement'
"For Your Improvement" is a resource that supports leaders in reflecting on opportunities for growth and development, building development plans for their teams, and includes 67 targeted competencies that align with our LIFT competencies. 

As part of DPS' investment in building great leaders, copies of "For Your Improvement" are available to managers of team members participating in LIFT. To reserve a copy, email lift@dpsk12.org
