At VRBC, Grow Groups are the heart of our Grow ministry. If you're already in a group, a great way to supplement your experience is by taking part in one of our Growth Intensives. Growth Intensives are an opportunity for short-term, intensive engagement with a topic that will help you grow to become more like Jesus.

Join us for a look at the life and major works of this German pastor and theologian who was a key member of the resistance against the Nazis before and during their reign of terror. We will be specifically addressing the questions: How was he able to see so clearly when almost everyone else in Germany was losing their mind and soul to Adolf Hitler? How was he formed spiritually and what can we learn from him as we walk with Christ?

VRSM NASHVILLE MISSION TRIP 2020
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: EXTENDED TO MARCH 1
We are so excited about this year's 86:12 mission trip to Nashville, Tennessee, on June 20-27, 2020. We are looking forward to all that God has in store for our students as they worship him through missions and to sharing this powerful experience with them this summer! For the next two Sundays, we're excited to have Jay Kent leading with our worship team. Jay is a Worship Associate at Preston Trail Community Church in Frisco, and we have lots of mutual friends. (He has led worship regularly with Shay Dixon Paulson, a former VRBC student.) Jay is a gifted worship leader who loves Jesus and the church--we're glad to have him with us!

EASTER EGG FILLER DONATIONS

VR Kids will be hunting Easter eggs as part of their Easter Sunday experience! We've got plenty of eggs and we invite you to participate by bringing the fillers--small toys, erasers, stickers, stamps, and candy. Ideas for fillers can be found here and here. Please drop off the egg fillers in the donation bins provided around the church by March 15.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY EVENT:
ENNEAGRAM WORKSHOP
SATURDAY | APRIL 4 | 9:00 AM TO 3:00 PM
Join the REAL Women's Ministry and guest speaker Lisa M Hancock, M.A., as we learn more about the woman God made you to be through participating in an Enneagram Workshop. The Enneagram is a personality typing system that can profoundly deepen your understanding of and love for yourself, others, and God. Many Christians have found that the Enneagram, like personality tests and spiritual gift inventories, can provide a helpful perspective on seeing how God has "wired" us and how we can best serve God and love others well.
More than just new information about your personality, the Enneagram can open up powerful possibilities for deep spiritual transformation, and can assist in our walk with God, enable our true and best self to emerge, and can change the way we relate to others. WEDNESDAY | MARCH 25 | 6:30 PM
Join us on Wednesday, March 25, at 6:30 pm for a Church Family Gathering. Once a semester, we gather together with the church family to share a meal, pray together, share stories of how God is working among us, and to visit about current events and projects in the life of the church. You'll have an opportunity to hear from the staff and church council and to provide feedback on some of the things they're working on.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL | JUNE 8-11 | 9:00 AM TO NOON
Kids from age 3 through 5th grade are invited to join us on the Rocky Railway VBS--where Jesus' power pulls us through! This year, VBS runs
from June 8-11, Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. This free event will be capped off on Thursday evening by Family Night--an evening for the whole family, full of exciting games and music from Fam Blitz! For more information and to register, click here.
TRIUMPH SPORTS CAMP | JULY 13-16 | 8:00 AM TO 11:00 AM
Triumph Sports Camp is a Christ-centered sports camp that uses sports as a means to help spread the Gospel. At camp every child will learn memory verses as well as hear a Bible lesson at snack time. CROSS CHEER CAMP | July 20-23 | 9:00 AM TO NOON
Cross Cheer Camp is a Christ-centered cheerleading camp for girls, ages 5 through 12. Camp activities include cheers, chants, stunts, jump, dance and tumbling, games, crafts, devotionals, and a special Bible verse cheer. This event will be held July 20-23, from 9 a.m. to 12 noon.
