On the Shoulders of Giants

Those of us who cherish our Crusader education fully appreciate that we have long benefited from the shoulders of giants.

We can each rattle off the names of a few teachers and coaches that were so special to us that we are still in touch with them long after graduation.

The first Crusader Football Team Reunion in April 2019 to celebrate their 60th Anniversary

We have fellow alumni that gather often and have each other’s backs in amazing ways even as they have scattered all over the globe on very different journeys.

It is such a treasure when reunion classes tour campus and share stories of that teacher and those classmates etc.

We are blessed that so many come back to campus to catch a game or take a campus tour. The guys typically want to check out the football locker room.

Some of the ladies want group pictures in the boys basketball locker room which years ago would have gotten them a detention or worse for sure.

Our alumni are impressed by the tech in the new science labs. They are pleasantly surprised that the library is now a media center. They tailgate with purpose.

They recall proms, senior superlatives and dance marathons.

Our on-line memorabilia auction brought alumni from all over the country on a virtual trip down memory lane while supporting our scholarship fund.

We had an amazing Homecoming weekend. We have a beautiful turf field. This year we temporarily converted science labs into a VIP skybox warming station with a great view of the game.
We were lead to battle by a bagpiper.

We beat Westhill.

So much has changed. So much has stayed the same.

Current families have extraordinary stories to tell about what the Trinity community means to them. We have a newly ordained priest Father Michael Clark as our Chaplain.

There are rallies going on our campus right now for families going through incredible tragedies that are being met with support beyond your imagination.

Navy Seal Brian Bill Legacy Ride that took place on October 6th. The Ride concluded at Trinity.

Our Home School Association brings families together in meaningful ways. We have new STEM teachers with Phd.s and patents focused on personalized learning and project based teamwork.

There are still giants among us today who are standing with Trinity by sharing their time, talent and treasure on a mission with every bit of passion as those people who lifted us on their shoulders over decades and generations of Crusader history.

Together we are off and running with a renewed sense of pride in Crusader Nation. This Fall we were thrilled to have so many grandparents and guardian angels celebrate Mass and have brunch with us.

We gathered again as a community to honor those we have lost at our annual Memorial Mass.
Please also keep our deceased alumni in your prayers. We maintain an updated list you can review on our website, Click Here

We welcomed Barb Cognetta Duffin SCHS class of ‘83 as our new Director of Enrollment. Our admissions team is spreading the word that we are vibrant.
