Keep Calm and 'Horizons' On!
Our students' physical and emotional well-being is at the heart of everything we do. Horizons has ended for the summer, but the happy and safe feelings live on, thanks to Keep Calm bags!

Curated by our counselor, Ms. Angela Gordon, the Keep Calm bags will equip each of our students with age-appropriate tools to help them name and regulate their emotions, even when they're at home!

Thank you to Lancaster Osteopathic Health Foundation for helping to fund this initative.

We Had a Visit from WGAL!
WGAL education reporter Anne Shannon profiled Horizons during our very first summer in 2015, and it was exciting to welcome her back to see how much we've grown! The piece highlighted the need for programs like Horizons - which help counteract summer learning loss and provide enrichment opportunities - this year more than ever!

Didn't catch the piece on WGAL? We'll share a link soon!

Horizons Kids Look Forward to Regular School-Year Reunions!
Did you know that Horizons is more than a summer program? To keep kids and families engaged all year long, we host Saturday reunions, special events, and holiday celebrations throughout the school year. Students love to see their teachers and beloved volunteers!

Horizons staff stays in close touch with our partner schools, providing support for students and families as needed. As the saying goes, 'It takes a village!'
Horizons is 100% donor funded!
