As new services to NYS, Children and Family Treatment and Support Services (CFTSS) providers must familiarize themselves with new strategies to support children and families, while assuring quality and compliance in service provision, in addition to cultivating skill sets to support specialized service provision to children and their families within their natural environment. OMH has partnered with the Sidney Albert Training & Research Institute to deliver a one-day training aimed to support CFTSS providers in providing quality, child-centered, family-focused services while remaining aware of the necessary requirements set forth by NYS.
