Read Across America Day
Celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday and Read Across America Day on Monday, March 2 by dressing up like a book character (Dr. Seuss or your choice!). Please note: that evening’s Reading Night event has been cancelled.
Extended Care – Friday, February 28
Deadline is today to sign up if you need Extended Care on Friday, February 28 after the early dismissal at 11:30 a.m. Sign-up sheets are in the office and with Mrs. Kramer, or you can sign up by contacting the office. Please plan to bring a sack lunch from home.
Lenten Season
Lent begins Wednesday, February 26. We will have Wednesday midweek services during Lent at 3:15 and 6:30 p.m. Supper will also be served on Wednesdays at 4 p.m. at school. All are welcome! A free-will donation will be taken at each supper to support the different groups hosting. Below is the schedule:

Mops Meeting
Join us on Tuesday, March 10, at 6 p.m. in the 1st & 2nd grade classroom for our monthly MOPS meeting. Enjoy time with other mothers of preschool and younger in the community as we support each other, discuss our different lifestyles and learn from each other, find new ways to bring God into our homes, and enjoy fun activities each month! "Truly God has listened; he has attended to the voice of my prayer." Ps 66:19. Join in praising God as we recount His steadfast love in our lives! Together we'll draw snapshots of answered prayers, the amazing people in our lives, and the "awesome deeds" He has done. "But I can't draw people..." Sure you can! You'll be able to by the end of the evening, promise. Come and learn, be encouraged, and praise God in prayer and creativity! Thursday, 2/27, in the school auditorium, 6:30-8:30. St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Sign up today! Sunday, March 15 at 2 p.m. St. Paul will participate in Bay City's St. Patrick's Day Parade. Join the fun! Very few spots remain for children riding on the float. Older children may walk with their parent. Participating families are encouraged to either donate a few dollars or a few bags of candy to distribute at the parade. A waiver must be signed prior to the event. Contact Kristen Glasser at 989-529-2962 to participate.
Classes for New Members
Pastor’s “Lutheranism 101” class will meet Sundays at 4 p.m. in the school auditorium starting March 1. Anyone interested in becoming a member or anyone else who would like to learn is invited to attend.
Saginaw Spirit Teacher Appreciation Night!
Come join your St. Paul Church and School family for a fun night at the Dow Event Center! The Saginaw Spirit will be recognizing the importance of schools and educators at the home game 7:05 p.m. on Friday, February 28th, and they want to encourage families to come and be a part of supporting their school and teachers. Tickets are all $9.00 for everyone 3 years old and up, and can be gotten directly from the Saginaw Spirit. Here's how it works:

- Purchase your tickets which will be held at the Will Call window under your name.

Auction Fundraiser
Get ready for our auction fundraiser for the Ministry Center! Sunday, March 22, 4-6pm supper (free will donation) and silent auction, 6:00 Live Auction. Auction will be held in the school gym. 65” smart tv, cabin rentals, quilts, Epson printer, a Traverse City wine tour and tasting, cornhole games, and many, many more items up for bid. Come for supper-stay for the fun!
