Heritage Orangeville has launched The Historical Photography Project, an initiative that aims to document Orangeville’s rich heritage and culture. The community is invited to submit copies of historical photos of people, places, buildings, events, and special memories.
The photos will be collected, preserved and displayed as part of the celebrations for Heritage Week 2020. Orangeville’s first Historical Photography Exhibition will be on display daily from February 18 to 21, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Town Hall, 87 Broadway. Following the event, all treasured photographs will be saved and archived at the Museum of Dufferin.
If you have a special historical photograph and you wish to honour and preserve it for future generations, please send a scanned copy with a personal description before December 31, 2019 to
