Breakthrough New York | Spring 2021 Teaching Assistant
As an After-School Teaching Assistant you will guide the success of middle school students by supporting them through the spring of their 7th and 8th grade years, working remotely with students enrolled in our Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx site. Your responsibilities will include:
• Virtually teaching pre-written curriculum twice per week to 7th and 8th grade in the following topics: High School Options or Social Justice
• Conducting weekly check-ins with your Program Manager
• Grading student output and tracking student performance

Facebook Career Connections Paid Internship Program

The Facebook Career Connections program recruits small businesses in need of digital marketing support and matches with college interns for a 12 week paid internship between May and August 2021. The program focuses on recruiting diverse college students interested in a career in digital marketing. Prior to the internship, students participate in 6 weeks of online training provided by Facebook on using Facebook, Instagram and other digital marketing tools to conduct digital marketing. The deadline to apply is February 28, 2021, but selection is rolling so students are encouraged to apply ASAP.

McKinsey First Year Summer Business Analyst Program (for first year and sophomore students)

The McKinsey Recruiting team is excited to invite you to join us for a series of sessions aimed to help you prepare for our recruiting process, and better understand our First Year Summer Business Analyst (FYSBA) program!

University of Michigan Public Health Summer Program for Undergraduate Students

Application Period: Nov. 1, 2020 to Jan. 31, 2021

Michigan FPHLP is a 10-week summer program for underrepresented college students and recent graduates who are looking for a meaningful introduction to public health. Our program is a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Office of Minority Health and Health Equity (OMHHE) to address the shortage of diversity in the public health workforce. Applicants do not need prior public health experience to participate in the program. We are thrilled to receive applications from students in all majors!
