Erase the Trace of Glioblastoma
Join Scott as he bikes all 444-miles of the Natchez Trace Parkway to Erase the Trace of glioblastoma May 3-7, 2022.

Glioblastoma is one of the most complex and treatment-resistant cancers. In the century since it was discovered, there are still just 4 FDA-approved drugs to treat glioblastoma. Your participation and/or financial support of the 2nd Annual Erase the Trace is vital and will directly support research to help even the odds for people suffering with glioblastoma.
Overcoming incredible odds is nothing new for our Founder Scott Hamilton. He is committed to overcoming the desperate need for more innovative, lifesaving research to create more treatment options for those facing glioblastoma.
On a chilly night in February, skaters from across Detroit united to Sk8 to Elimin8 Cancer for the fifth consecutive year. Our participants exceeded their initial $15,000 fundraising goal, raising $19,458 for innovative cancer research. The funds raised from this year's event support an epithelial ovarian cancer immunotherapy study at the Karmanos Cancer Institute, Michigan's largest cancer care provider. Thank you to our friends at the Downtown Detroit Partnership for hosting this event at their outdoor rink in Campus Martius Park. The spirit and commitment of the Detroit skating community are an inspiration, and we can't wait to return in 2023!
