Special ProjectsThe 2019 development of Philmont Rising leading to the $356,759, Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) state grant award, plus the local match, brings the Total Project to $407,419, for the Village of Philmont, aimed at kick-starting Philmont Rising into high gear in 2020 to achieve the community's vision expressed in the Summit Lake and Its Watercourse BOA designated plan. more
Housing andSpecial ProjectsThe Cultural Resource Survey hiring preservation historian, Jessie Ravage, to survey over 400 historic buildings and properties in the village in 2020. more
Housing andSmall Business The development in 2019 of the Mom&Pop Shop project aimed at bringing new business opportunities and improved affordable housing to downtown storefronts in 2020. more
