Graduation & Baccalaureate Mass for the Class of 2020
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the video congratulating the Class of 2020, Oakcrest’s 40th graduating class. Graduation will be held June 26th at 10:30 AM and Baccalaureate Mass will take place June 27th at 10:00 AM. Both events will be livestreamed on the Oakcrest website.

Thanks to the overwhelming support of the Oakcrest community, the Virtual Gala and Auction was a historic success! Close to 500 households tuned in that evening, and hundreds more have viewed the recording. Amazingly, we have already raised close to $295,000 of our goal with over three weeks left to go!
If you contributed to our Virtual Gala and Auction, thank you so very much! If you have not had an opportunity to participate, you can help us reach our goal by going to our Weathering the Stormpage on our website by June 30.

Bonnie Hanssen, who has been inspiring students for over 27 years, will be retiring from Oakcrest at the end of this academic year. We hope to honor her service to Oakcrest in September as part of our Homecoming and Founding Day events. Maritere served as the OAA Board President this past year. She graduated from George Mason University in 1994 with a B.A. in English Writing. She and her husband, Richard, have 8 children ranging in ages from 24 to 6. She currently homeschools her two youngest girls and her younger boys attend The Heights. Over the last 25 years, they have lived in Virginia, Connecticut and Florida, and returned home 2 years ago, moving around the corner from Oakcrest! We are thrilled to have her join us!
