Improve your Commute

Take a 10-minute survey to help reduce congestion and achieve more sustainable and reliable travel for Menlo Park.

The City of Menlo Park wants to learn more about how you commute, and what challenges you face during your trips to and from work. This brief survey can be filled out in one sitting and will help them move forward with finding ways to improve your commute! Please take a few minutes to fill it out, and pass it along to your coworkers and employees. The deadline to complete the survey is Friday, December 6 .

Clean Cars for All Program

The Clean Cars for All Program provides incentives for low-income Bay Area residents in communities disproportionately burdened by sources of pollution to retire their older vehicle and replace it with a hybrid electric, plug-in hybrid electric, or battery electric vehicle, or to get a Clipper Card for public transit.

The program offers grants up to $9,500 for Bay Area residents to trade in older, more polluting cars and purchase a new clean air vehicle. Cars on Bay Area roads are the biggest source of air pollution and the transition to electric vehicles significantly improves air quality and public health in our communities. Clean Cars for All also helps ensure sustainable and reliable transportation is an affordable option for all San Mateo County residents.

MPHA Annual Meeting

Please join us for the 48th Annual Meeting of the Menlo Park Historical Association .

The keynote speaker will be Fire Chief, Harold Schapelhouman. He will be sharing with us stories about major events since he started working for the Fire District in 1981, including national incidents such as the Oklahoma City Bombing, the World Trade Center Collapse, the Recovery of the Columbia Space Shuttle Astronauts, Hurricane Katrina and the Northridge Earthquake, to name a few.
