BTSS planning for safe re-opening when possible
Building Update
Though Oakland County is now in Phase 4 and some sectors of the economy are re-opening, the County Health Department has remained adamant that older adults (ages 60+) and those who may be at risk* should not be gathering until the State's Phase 6.  Michigan may be moving to Phase 5 sometime in July, depending on many factors. (Of course, social distancing of six feet and face masks is necessary at any gathering.)

*At-risk populations: All at-risk individuals should continue to shelter in place. Members of households with at-risk residents should be aware that by returning to work or other environments where distancing is not possible, they could carry the virus back home. Precautions should be taken to isolate from at-risk residents.

Please see the Phase 5 definition below:

As with all businesses, our reopening will be in phases and our operation will look very different than it did in February. Prior to opening we will share detailed plans and look forward to your responsiveness to the new protocols so that we can open safely. We hope it is soon.

BTSS re-opening announcements will be released through our eNews and social media outlets. Please be sure to sign up for the BTSS senior e-News.
