When was the last time you got your do-si-do dance moves on?
Did you know that do-si-do is one of the best known

Did you know there is a wonderful local club called Hand n' Hand Square Dancers of Mission Viejo?
Currently, 8 members of this club have a direct link to Vocational Visions so we decided to invite them to share with us a little bit about their mission and accomplishments below.

At Hand n' Hand Square Dance Club, we welcome handicapable Individuals 18 years and older that enjoy square dancing and socializing with each other. We meet each Tuesday evenings at the Norman P. Murray Senior Center in Mission Viejo from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
All handicapable Hand ‘n Hand Square Dancers learn mainstream square dancing calls and have “The Best Time Ever!” dancing the night away. Our very own Caller, Ken Johnson, teaches these calls and is assisted by Adam Fanello.
No member is left behind! To ensure each member learns the square dance calls properly, we have partnered with “Angels” from the Ramblin’ Rogues and other plus-level square dance clubs. These Angels serve as partners for our members so they can learn the calls quickly and become proficient square dancers.
As a result, our Hand ‘n Hand members are proud to attend the California State Square Dance Convention annually. Each year that we have attended this event, we have been complimented on our members' dance proficiency and social skills.
Additionally, Hand ‘n Hand members have been asked to put on square dance demonstrations at a local Resource Fair and at the Orange County Fair, where we danced on stage before fair-goers.
Our members and Angels are very social and enjoy spending time with each other. Monthly, we celebrate birthdays and special days such as Valentine's Day, St. Patrick’s Day, 4th of July, and our favorite - Halloween. We also have annual summer and Christmas parties to celebrate our accomplishments.
