Drawing over 7,000 visitors to its arena in previous years, this annual event is held on the beautiful 60-acre site known as Old Hawley Farm located at 1173 Old Hawley Road, Blountville, Tennessee. The main Civil War battle reenactments will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, with other activities going on throughout the weekend. Union and Confederate reenactors will perform continuous living history demonstrations throughout the event, including infantry, mounted cavalry and artillery drills. Visit authentic civil war encampments and see how the soldiers lived! Visit the Civil War medical tent and see equipment used by doctors and surgeons during the war. The weekend event will also include a Civil War Ladies Tea on Saturday.
