Hello!

This FIRST EVER weekly Toolkit for Transformation video is for persistent worriers.

Worry serves a purpose -- just as each emotion. And for some, it gets stuck in overdrive, wreaking havoc on our nervous systems, relationships and ability to cope with new situations.

Worry is an "invitation" to evaluate and act. The problem is that in our world today, there are many situations and events that are out of our control and we can't ACT on everything.

If you find that your thoughts keep coming back to a situation or dynamic, then experiment with this technique.

Please know that this is ONE way to manage persistent worry.

Check it out HERE. (Less than 2 min.)

For years, I wrote a blog, so if you want more strategies, HERE is the link.

Let me know what you think if you have a chance. And please feel free to share!
Yours in Transformation,

Suzan
