Choreography Starts Monday
In class for the next few weeks we will be working on choreography for the spring show. Students are reminded to wear acceptable clothing that is within the school dress code. In addition, students must wear shoes that are secure on the foot. Do not wear flip-flops, bulky slippers, or loose shoes that could fly off during choreography. Girls may wear ballet flats or character shoes.
Additional Costume Requirements for the Spring Show:
Below are descriptions and links to choices for purchase. Please read through the entire list as your choir may appear more than once. When making your purchase(s), please make sure that you will have your final items in hand before the dress rehearsal.
For ALL Ladies:
Black pants you can tuck your shirt into - no leggings, jeans or yoga pants:
For Concert, Chamber and Madrigal Ladies:
Long sleeve black leotard
For Chamber and Madrigal Ladies:
Black Character Shoes, 1.5” heel, no T-strap
For Madrigal Ladies:
Long sleeve white blouse, will be tucked into skirt.
Choral Guild News
Spring Car Wash - Saturday, May 7, 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, at Sunoco on Spring Hill/Old Dominion
Students are required to sign up for a two-hour block -- the Sign Up Genius will be posted shortly.
We will also be asking for parent volunteers to help direct traffic and oversee the students' activities -- details coming soon!
SPRING SHOW - Another Op’nin, Another Show! May 19 and 20, 7:00 pm, in the Langley Auditorium
Mark your calendars for the final choral production of this school year! Featuring live vocal and dance performance, the Langley Chorus will honor the music from Broadway.
*Spring Show T-shirts are required for the show. If you have not placed an order for the Choir Spirit Pack on MySchoolBucks, please place your order by Thursday, April 21, 2022!
**WE NEED PARENT VOLUNTEERS in many capacities to support this production, especially decorations, among various other positions -- a Sign Up Genius will be posted soon.**
