ISSUE NO. 14 | November 22, 2021
Dear 555 Community,

Over the past two years, there have been moments where time has seemed to stand still. However, it seems to be compensating by rushing forward in a blur this fall. The kids have trick-or-treated, the leaves have changed colors, the New York marathoners returned to the streets and ran their race, and hotels and theaters have resumed their liveliness. Now, Thanksgiving is upon us once again. We have a lot to reflect on and we, the staff at 555 Madison, truly believe we have a lot to be thankful for as well.

In contrast to the challenges we have faced collectively and individually – to health, community, our workplaces, this wonderful city, and on and on – we are now in a period of recovery and renewal. We appreciate what we have even more. Above all, we have a special appreciation for the resilience, which professionally required every business to revise its strategy and change operations, which you have all done brilliantly.
For our part, we have endeavored to do our best for all of you – to create a safe, welcoming, and communal atmosphere here at 555 Madison Avenue. We’ve worked hard not only because it’s our job and our responsibility to do so, but because we believe in and care about the community we have built together inside these walls. At the center of that community are all of you and we are so grateful for that. The morning greetings in the lobby, friendly conversations in the elevator, and cheerful encounters remind us that we are all in this together and that as a community we are stronger, more resilient, and capable of anything. Thank you.

We wish you all the happiest of holidays and hope that this Thanksgiving you have time to enjoy the company of your friends and family, and some pie as well. We’ll be right here to greet you when you return to work next Monday.

All the best,
The Rodney Corporation
