Mix It Up Mondays
Mix-It-Up Mondays was a popular weekly series for folks wanting to try something new in the kitchen. Each recipe was inspired by dishes often ordered at our favorite restaurants and had a healthy twist to them. It's not too late to give these recipes a try! Building An Emergency Fund
In the year of COVID, many of us have learned the value of preparing for the unexpected. It's never too late to prepare for the future, especially when it comes to our money and resources. Shameca Battle, our financial literacy agent in the FCS department, wrote this popular article outlining the small steps we all can take to build our emergency fund to have during times of crisis.

Motivation Monday
