Tender --
Tender is probably not the word you associate with the passage from from Mark 13 used on the First Sunday of Advent. No, here we find the apocalyptic teachings of Jesus: bold words about the sun being darkened and stars falling from the sky, about the Son of Man coming with great power and glory. Read More...

2021 Stewardship Campaign
Together we are resilient.
Update: November 23, 2020
On behalf of your 2021 Finance and Stewardship Campaign Committee, we would like to thank everyone who has already submitted a pledge. To date, 29 pledges have been received for a total of $56,126. We are $44,000 away from our goal.
This year’s pledge goal of $100,000 represents 58% of our $176,000 operating budget for next year.
You can mail in your pledge card or visit our website under GIVING and select 2021 Stewardship Campaign where you can make an online pledge. Additional pledge cards are available at the parish office or you can print a pledge card from our website under GIVING and select 2021 Stewardship Campaign. No amount is too small, and every pledge counts towards our goal.
Our hope is that everyone in our loving parish community will participate by December 31st.
We thank you again for your generosity in supporting our parish.
And always remember, together we are resilient.

Communion Continues at Trinity!
|
|
We have had very successful communions outside in Abbot Courtyard these past few Sundays, and everyone has been wonderfully cooperative in following protocols and maintaining a safe environment.
Please come by!
(If it rains, we will be in the breezeway)
The protocols in place are simple and straightforward:
1. Wear a mask and follow the usual safe distancing rule of staying at least 6-feet apart.
2. Prepare to have your temperature taken (touchless), and disinfect your hands (sanitizer provided).
3. Continue into Abbot Courtyard where you must stand at least 6-feet away from non-family members.
Following every part of this protocol is absolutely necessary to enable us to continue to provide communion. It is not ideal, but it is the only option we can offer to fulfill our responsibility of safety to our parish, and is REQUIRED by the combined regulations of County and Diocesan directives.
Please come in the spirit of community and with a respect for the health of everyone attending.

Trinity Cathedral’s Festival of Nine Lessons & Carols
Saturday, December 19th for Cathedral and Diocesan Congregations
And YOU can be a part of the performance!
Please join in a “virtual” choir for the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, to be live-streamed on Saturday, December 19 . With COVID-19 protocols in place, and no in-person choral singing permitted, we still want to continue the tradition of a Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols at your Cathedral. So we are inviting you all to join the virtual choir!
The music for the virtual choir will include:
- Hymn: Angels we have heard on high
- Hymn: Hark, the Herald angels sing
- Carol/anthem: In the bleak midwinter
Visit the Cathedral virtual choir web page for detailed instructions. There you can download the sheet music, download the recording to which you will be singing, and shortly thereafter will be practice tracks available for each individual voice part. When you have finished recording your part, there is a link at the bottom of the page to submit your recording.
We hope to have singers from all around our Diocese joining the Cathedral for
