COVID-19 Testing Site Now at Aurora Center for Active Adults
Now open until further notice, Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Free testing for COVID-19 is provided to anyone who wants to be tested, especially those who have symptoms. No appointment is necessary. No doctor referral, no health insurance and no proof of identification are required. Online registration in advance is preferred but is not required.

Aurora Museum Foundation Festival of Wreaths

Bid online for one of these colorful, imaginative wreath designs donated by Aurora businesses, charitable organizations and individuals, with proceeds benefiting the Aurora History Museum.
Online Lecture: Aurora vs. Denver
Nov. 18, noon to 1 p.m.
From its origins, Aurora has had a uneasy relationship with Denver. Fitzsimons hospital, Colfax real estate interests, streetcar promoters, water wars, and the ever-changing character of Denver and Aurora along Yosemite Street and Colfax will be the subject of this talk by local historian Phil Goodstein.
Utah Indoor Pool Re-opening

Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Utah Indoor Pool is opening again for lap and open swim. Reservations are highly encouraged as there will be limited daily drop-in spots.

“Black Nativity”
Nov. 27 to Dec. 20
This holiday season, the Aurora Fox presents “Black Nativity,” a retelling of the Christmas story from an Afro-centric perspective. Full of the heart and joy of the season, “Black Nativity” explores the depths of cultural identity, pride and unity within the African-American community. This exquisite piece of theater is infused with rich, moving music that uses the sounds, energy and enthusiasm of gospel, blues, jazz and funk to tell the Nativity story.

Online Lecture: Las Posadas

The Christmastime tradition of Las Posadas begins Dec. 16. Maye Agama has celebrated Las Posadas with Las Fraternas at the Fort for many years. She will share her photos and experiences.
Virtual Art Exhibit
The People's Building is hosting a virtual art exhibit by artist Sammy Seung-Min Lee titled "Remind Me Tomorrow."

Aurora Public Library has been offering virtual programming since mid-March. One of the most popular programs is the daily storytime.
