Attention Home Sellers: Circle This Date as the Best Time of the Year To List Your House

Ready to put your home on the market? Sellers may want to wait just a little longer if they want to get top dollar for their abodes. How long, you ask? We've got the dates! Nationally, the best time to list a home is the week of April 10 through April 16, according to Realtor.com®'s fourth annual Best Time To Sell report.

Are All Offers Created Equal?

Clearly, the answer to this question is no. But, how do you manage a multiple offer situation on your home? How do you compare "apples to apples" and determine which offer is the best for YOU and your situation? In a very competitive situation, a seller could receive upwards of 20+ offers for their home (or even more if it's in highly competitive area)! While this may seem like a dream come true, you will quickly realize that each offer is different and each offer will require careful attention and consideration to make those comparisons and figure out which one (or two or three) comes out on top. It can be stressful and overwhelming!

That's where we come in! As your Realtors, we have a system to help you compare and contrast each offer and we have the experience and knowledge to answer all of your questions, give advice and help you determine what you need to do to make the most of the offers you receive.

Spring Break is here and many families have decided to take off and head south to warmer weather. However, if you have chosen to hang out in Central Ohio with the kids or grandkids and are looking for some fun ways to enjoy your time together, a Family STAYcation could be just the ticket. Even if you can only take off for a day or two, this guide has so many fun ideas that are geared to kids (and adults) of all ages!
