Justice Jeff Boyd
for Texas Supreme Court
We've had a few conversations recently with candidates for statewide judicial offices. There are several judges and justices on the ballot from the Court of Criminal Appeals and the Texas Supreme Court. It is critical for our state to elect judges and justices who know the role of the court is to interpret the law, not make it. One of those candidates is Justice Jeff Boyd and he joins us for this week's Talking with TAD!

Justice Boyd has a fascinating story and is a man of incredible faith. His path to becoming a Texas Supreme Court Justice was very serendipitous and we are all better for it. You'll be impressed when you hear this week's interview and I know you'll want to help Justice Boyd's campaign. The BEST thing you can do is follow Justice Boyd on one of his social media accounts and share his many endorsement posts to get his name out. It's unfortunate so many people don't know more about these important judicial races but you can help change that! Our V-Shape Recovery Continues

The September jobs report is further proof the economy keeps moving in the right direction. There was jobs growth across the board and our V-shaped recovery continues.

Bottom Line: Our Great American Comeback is underway and President Trump is the man to continue leading it. On November 3rd, voters will remember President Trump built the greatest economy in the world and is doing so again.

Judge Amy Coney Barrett Is Exceptionally Qualified

President Trump has nominated Judge Amy Coney Barrett to sit on the Supreme Court and praise continues to roll in for this superb selection. Judge Barrett is exceptionally qualified and will apply the law as written and enforce the text, structure, and original understanding of the Constitution.

What you need to know

Bottom line: By nominating Judge Amy Coney Barrett to serve on the Supreme Court, President Trump is fulfilling his promise to put forward exceptional judicial nominees who will apply the Constitution as written. Judge Barrett should be confirmed without delay.

Presidential Debate in Cleveland
On Tuesday, President Trump and Joe Biden participated in the first presidential debate in Cleveland, Ohio. President Trump was a dominant force during the debate and held Joe Biden accountable for 47 years of failed policies. 

What you need to know

Bottom line: The Commission on Presidential Debates should not change the format in the middle of the game to protect Joe Biden. Both campaigns must agree to any proposed debate changes. If Joe Biden wants to be president, he must answer the tough questions and be held accountable for his record. Americans know President Trump is fighting for them. On November 3rd, the American people are going to re-elect President Trump to a second term along with Republicans up and down the ballot.
