UPDATES ON OUR REIT EQUITY OFFERING

Our equity investment is now available to investors of many shapes and sizes through our SEC qualified Direct Public Offering . The minimum investment has been lowered to $10,183.00 and shareholders gain exposure to a diversified portfolio of organic farmland. All Iroquois Valley investments support organic farmers through long-term, secure land access. Land security enables farmers to invest in regenerating the land and their communities –– and we think that's something to celebrate this season. Since the DPO launched in May, approximately 35% of the investments have from come from non-accredited investors, an illustration of the broadening investor base that supports the Company with long-term, high impact capital. This security is now available for custody with some restriction at Fidelity, Schwab, Pershing and TD Ameritrade.
