What is your favorite sport and why?

That's easy! Baseball! It's a team sport with individual actions. Baseball is precise in its measurements and game play. A baseball player needs to be athletic and intelligent; has an ability to make quick decisions, but also weigh multiple choices. Baseball requires great self- control and patience. Baseball is the only sport where the offense does not have the ball. Within each game are "mini-games" between pitcher and hitter, with each becoming a factor in the outcome of the game itself. I guess the best way to say it, baseball is life...life is made up of a multitude of small decisions and actions that determine your outcome, but you never have "the ball". Life requires patience and self-control. God LOVES baseball. Genesis 1:1 "In the BIG inning...and Genesis 2:2...and He rested on the seventh!

Exciting news announced at GCA Auction!
Mr. Inouye had a HUGE praise announcement at the auction! We have reached a major fundraising goal for Jason Field! Whether you are a past donor, or still looking to get involved, stay tuned for information on special pavers of commemoration. Stay tuned!
