November Luncheon
Wednesday, November 6th @ Noon- Town Hall

Join us for our November Luncheon
on Wednesday, November 6th

During this meeting, Agent Chris Cropanese, will provide an overview of Cybercrime's- a topic that is important for businesses both large and small.
It is one of the United States Secret Service's investigative mission to safeguard the U. S. financial infrastructure. Because of the proliferation of computer technologies used by criminals to pursue their illicit endeavors, the Secret Service has increased its efforts to address high-tech crime in all areas of Secret Service jurisdiction. Computers, internet connections, and wireless communication devices have saturated today's society, and these devices in the wrong hands can become weapons which can threaten our national security or destabilize our financial infrastructure
The Secret Service focuses on cyber investigations related to the financial sector with the goal of identifying, mitigating, and facilitating the remediation of network intrusions, unauthorized access, malicious hacking, and other network based crimes. These crimes include intrusions into computer systems, corporate storage servers, Payment Card Industry services, and protected computer systems. This presentation will include a discussion of current cybercrime trends and other aspects of the Secret Service's investigative mission.
Reserve your seat early, this promises to be an informative program.
