A new season brings breathes of fresh air and the change of weather foretells of new beginnings and moving forward into the future. 2020 has been an exercise in so many things: adaptability, resilience, patience. COVID-19 came on scene and introduced a new reality to our personal, work and social lives. For many of us, the foundations of daily life have been shaken to the core with all that we knew as "normal" changed and challenged as never before.

In times such as these, we are wise to be mindful of all needs, not just the obvious ones. This is true for ourselves and for those we love. Self care and self awareness are more important than ever to our overall physical, mental and emotional health. As social beings, we still need to feel connected to one another, even when we can't meet in person or interact in familiar ways. It's been a challenging adaptation, but we have to realize that while virtual is not the way we would choose to live, it is the next best thing to being in person, and certainly better than no interaction at all. We, too, want to get back to our shared space and time but until then, we need to remember to breathe deep, exhale slowly and hold fast to the knowledge that we can and will endure.

Our hearts are with all who have lost loved ones or suffered from effects of the pandemic. None of us have been immune and all of us hope for the same thing: a season of change that offers hope for better tomorrows.

Be well, keep healthy and stay strong. 💜💜💜
Welcome to the L.C.O.
We're keeping with the times with a little add-on to our name: Legacy Center Online
Like many of you, we have been busy managing the new reality of our personal, family and work lives, but we've also been missing the cornerstone of our in-person gatherings that tethered us to one another. While we've been unable to share physical space, we have been sharing virtual space and our transition to a digital platform is fairly complete. We invite you to take a look.
ENGAGING
If you knew us in-person, you'll definitely recognize us online. Our content remains the same rich, interesting and inspiring material it has always been. Small group and individual meetups provide social interaction around themed sessions that provide content for week long engagement and variety enough to keep things fresh and exciting.
PERSONALIZED
Participants have secure access to the L.C.O. via individual logins and access to bi-directional interaction with material. Our platform also serves as a repository to help keep things organized and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for independent use, with facilitator support, or for full team engagement virtually or in-person.
ACCESSIBLE
Our cross-platform (iOS and Windows) system can be accessed from both desktop and mobile devices. While we make use of the latest technology to create vibrant, interactive and accessible content, our focus remains on forming, maintaining and building enriching and meaningful relationships with our participants.

"The Legacy Center creates an environment that motivates and encourages me to create a better version of myself. I feel encouraged to strive for success."
As for many non-profits, 2020 has been a challenge for the Legacy Center (Online) and in this season of thanksgiving, we want to take this opportunity to express our gratitude and appreciation to all of our families, supporters, and benefactors who have helped us to manage the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. We wouldn't still be here without you. Thank you for your generosity, belief, and support.

Wishing each and every one of you and your family, peace and harmony as this holiday season begins.
