This Week: Library Giving Day

Our Cary Library has been tested in so many ways this past year. And thanks to you, these challenges have been met.

From Cary Library expanding its virtual programs and services to offering no-contact pickup and so much more, we’ve realized something amazing in the process: Cary Library is truly more valuable than ever before. StoryWalk^TM

Inspired to find ways for children and families to get moving, plus share the best in children's books together, the first StoryWalk™ opened its pages at Lexington's Lincoln Park this past December. Thanks to support from the Cary Library Foundation - and Cary's creative librarians - children can follow along the path delighting in a beautifully curated story, chosen by the Children's Room Library Team.

Twenty-four stations line the way, each containing illustrated pages from a selected book. The book changes every couple of months, with a goal to choose stories that represent the rich diversity of our community.
