Dear Bloom at St. Petersburg Residents, Families & Friends:

We have good news to report below about Bloom at St. Petersburg , our assisted living and memory care community in St. Petersburg, Florida,

As you know from our prior communications, Bloom Senior Living has been been pro-actively working to ensure that your loved ones at Bloom are safe, healthy and continuing to live a fulfilled life during this unprecedented time. Early on, we initiated the Bloom Pandemic Rapid Response Plan and implemented a variety of protocols, as well as, rolled out new clinical and operational programs.

As we informed you in our last correspondence, per the State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration's new order, we were required to test all associates at Bloom at St. Petersburg. Over the last three months, we've been tracking all residents and associates in the community. While no-one experienced symptoms, nor did we have any reason to believe anyone had been infected by the virus, it was conceivable that, given the high asymptomatic rate around the Country, that we could have received some positive test results back.

We're happy to report that is not the case, and all associates tested negative. We received around 50 negative tests.

The State of Florida has now mandated we test all residents. We'll continue to keep you apprised. In the interim, please rest assured your loved ones are continuing to do well. They're safe, happy and blooming at Bloom!

Sincerely,

Scott and Tony Kantor, Bradley Dubin & Dustin Isabell
