Hugging is Good Medicine
Celebrated every January 21st, National Hugging Day encourages everyone to hug family and friends more often. Hugs help people bond, combat loneliness and reduce stress. Before going in for the big embrace, remember to ask first if you’re not sure how someone will respond to a spontaneous hug.
Aspired Living of Westmont’s team gives good hugs!

To show appreciation for keeping residents safe and sound, Aspired Living of Westmont hosts an annual luncheon for local police and fire department members. This year the culinary team made a Mexican feast to warm our guests’ hearts and bellies!
