State of Arkansas  
Arkansas saw its single biggest increase in COVID-19 cases in the community within a 24-hour period today. Since yesterday, 375 people tested positive for the virus, with only one of those being in a correctional facility.
 
Of the cases in the state, 29 of them originated in Pulaski County at a single nursing home in Jacksonville. Outside of Pulaski County, the major hot spots were Washington and Benton Counties in Northwest Arkansas.
 
The total cumulative cases in Arkansas is now 7818. Of those, 2,115 are active cases with 132 hospitalized and 31 are on ventilators. So far, 5,567 have recovered. There were three more deaths in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 136.
 
Of the positive cases, 53 are in correctional facilities, 73 are in nursing homes and 1,989 are in the general community. 
 
Hutchinson also said that the testing goal for Arkansas in the month of June is 120,000. So far in June, the state has tested 3,807. The total positivity rate is 4.4 percent.  
 
Hutchinson also spoke on other subjects like the state's economy and ongoing protests in the state.

Saline & Garland Counties 
As of Monday, 113 people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Saline County and 4,177 have tested negative. Of those testing positive, 89 have recovered. The total number of people who have died in Saline County remains at one. The positivity rate is 3 percent 
 
In Garland County, 136 people have tested positive for COVID-19 and 3,556 have tested negative. Of the people infected, 132 have recovered and one has died. The positivity rate is 3 percent.
